Wow, just like that, Monday will mark six months of Beynd! 🙌 It's wild to think how fast time has flown—it feels like just yesterday this was only an idea. As with any role, there have been some challenges, but when we take a moment to reflect, what an incredible first 6 months. Here’s a quick snapshot: 🟣 Surpassed our H1 revenue target by 168% 🚀 🟣 Made 14 successful placements 📃 🟣 Secured some impressive fees: £31,270 and £29,000 💰 🟣 Completed hires in the UK, USA, France, Portugal, Israel, Germany, and more 🌍 Looking ahead to the next six months, I’m excited to see what we can accomplish. There will undoubtedly be some hurdles to navigate, but let’s go for it! A few months back, I wrote about the importance of leveraging your network, and we've just seen a fantastic example of this in action 💥 After making some business development calls and pushing for referrals a few weeks ago, we were introduced to a Sales Leader who recently joined a UK-based SaaS startup. Following some discussions, we finalized the terms and were tasked with finding him an account executive in the UK. We employed our usual strategies: cold calls, LinkedIn InMail, and scouring our network. Having accidently called someone who had just started somewhere new a few months prior, we thought let's try get something out of the call and asked who he knew. A few referrals later, and one of the candidates they suggested signed the employment contract earlier this week 🥳 Referral to referral placement 🙌 Love it! Recruitment is challenging right now—companies are hesitant to pay agency fees, and it's tough to attract top talent. However, there are still plenty of people/companies who are keen for support...
