The All Temp team gathered this week for a thorough scrub of "Building a Story Brand" book review. So much to learn about being the guide and NOT the hero. Our job is to help our hero (customer) win. We all learned so much about this process and each other. #StoryBrand #CustomerFocus #TeamLearning #AllTempWindows

Thanks to our Care Team, our bi-annual food drive with OneGen Away was a success! We were able to distribute over 325 baskets of food to our community with the help of our generous volunteers. Plus, we even found a heart-shaped potato! ❤️

Check out these All Temp socks made right here in Fort Payne, the former Sock Capital of the World! The sock mills are a significant part of our town’s history. In the late 90s, Fort Payne produced over half of the socks made in the United States, and one out of every eight pairs of socks produced globally were made here. The town even supplied socks for American soldiers in World War II! Though the industry has faced challenges in recent years, Fort Payne's innovative spirit lives on. It’s just another reason we love being a local Fort Payne business! #SockCapital #FortPayne #MadeIntheUSA

What a great visit with D.R. Horton & Builders FirstSource! Our product isn't just about meeting current demands; it's about anticipating future needs and seamlessly integrating with the growth of our customers. This is why it’s such a joy to connect in person and talk windows. A heartfelt thank you to each and every one of our amazing employees for making their efforts behind the scenes! We love it when our dealers and builders visit our facility. Message us so we can roll out the red carpet for YOU!
Thank you D.R. Horton and Builders FirstSource for joining All Temp Windows by Kudzu Millwork for a plant tour! I love showing our customers where our products are made. I got to give them a presentation on our window offerings, tell them a little bit more about who we are and what we're about and got to deep dive into our technical specs. If you're interested in learning more about All Temp at a more personal level, I'm happy to set something up. Shoot me a DM and let's talk windows.

Another quarter, another Buffalo lunch! We treated our team to hot Wings and pizza while discussing what we've done, where we’re going, Care Team updates, and announcing our employee of the month! We also took the time to dive into Apple’s 90s business model to better understand how innovation, overcoming adversity, persistence and dedication are a vital part of every successful company.
