🟣 Action-focused mastermind groups for product leaders 🌸 I build tech organizations & digital products. I help you to transform into a product org that boosts collaboration and minimizes waste 💜
Creating a culture of learning isn't just a trend — it's a way to thrive! 🌟 I've always considered it vital to any organization's (and personal) strategy. But the ways we learn are evolving. ➡️ While I love books, I'm even more passionate about experimenting with the ideas they introduce. This shift from passive to active learning is crucial. Adam Danyal has brilliantly visualized this difference, which underlines why (KoThinker) mastermind groups are an optimal learning environment: 1️⃣ Structured discussions: In a small group setting, engage in focused discussions twice a month. 🗣️ 2️⃣ Action-based learning: Each discussion is followed by the planning of an on-the-job experiment, putting new ideas into practice. 🛠️ 3️⃣ Shared Insights: Return to share your outcomes in the next session, essentially teaching your peers what you've learned. So, you discuss, apply and teach. 🎯 How do you handle your professional development? Are you absorbing knowledge passively or actively engaging with it? --- Check out KoThinker's innovational mastermind group approach. #actionmatters #growthmindset
What I have found is that if I listen to a podcast and later tell my spouse about it then fast forward 2 weeks I literally only remember clearly the facts that I told her. Not the entire podcast. So now I more or less try to break the whole thing down to her 😀
Collective knowledge is always bigger than individual, that's why I love working with groups and in a community. Anyone should be a part of one based on their interests.
Some cool insights, Aive. Building on this, it’s also worth considering the value of diverse learning sources beyond traditional mastermind groups. Integrating insights from cross-disciplinary fields or even reverse mentoring can further enrich the learning process. The fusion of structured learning with diverse, real-world applications is where true growth happens.
I believe in active learning through discussions, experiments, and sharing insights. This approach fosters growth and development.
Aive Uus, agree with you 100% that it's not about how much you know, but what you can actually use from that knowledge. The KoThinker platform offers an excellent systematic way to learn from other group members, share your own experiences, and take on practical experiments as a result of the sessions. This helps to develop new skills and further deepen learning. I'm glad to be a member of the first KoThinker mastermind group and to be part of your journey from the beginning. 💜
It is a must 🤝 Aive Uus
Mostly actively but also passively. What's the point of reading if you don't apply it. It's just waste of time, unfortunately most people do that! I call them webinar and seminar junkies.

5moI agree that applying is crucial, because otherwise it is just a piece of information that you hear from one hear and let it out immediately from the other. Teaching, however is not for everyone, maybe you are a full introvert, then it may make things even harder when you are required to share?
