By leveraging a comprehensive skills framework, we ensure that our platform aligns seamlessly with the evolving needs of learners and organizations, driving impactful learning outcomes.
Check out the what, the why and the how of skills taxonomy:
With global skills shortages looming large, identifying and nurturing critical skills is imperative for organizations. As a result, many businesses are intensifying their efforts to not only hire more workers, but also enhance their existing workforce’s skill sets.
A skills taxonomy allows you to focus on critical skills rather than positions, ensuring you have the right people in your organization with the right abilities.
It leads to more effective talent assessments, better internal mobility and more informed decisions about future skill requirements.

2moI believe, its not just a lack of skilled talent. I recently conducted a short survey with about 100+ professionals who are connected with me via different channels. I sought to understand their pain points of why they are not getting the right kind of skilled talent. When i drilled down, Goshh!! I found loads of gaps, Lack of detailed Interview Evaluation Feedback processes and a lot more. After review of documentation of interview feedbacks, I discovered a sheer mention of "Rejected - Not fit for current role" with no supporting evidence as to why the interviewer has this opinion about the candidate.
