Next from the line-up, our Dive Surface Valve, or DSV. DSVs are the human to breathing atmosphere interface on closed circuit rebreather apparatus. Our DSVs are incorporated into our commercially available rebreathers, and have been OEMd for other production units. This DSV does a few things that are better than the rest - very easy one hand actuation, allows fixing common off the shelf HUD brackets, and most importantly promotes a clean breathing hose orientation tight to the cheeks given the 120-degree swiveling hose adapters. The 120 angle prevents wide loops that tend to snag and also cause mouth discomfort on long dives. This product was the result of a strategic partnership that afforded low volume but more sophisticated manufacturing techniques, and a shared interest in investing in the future. Interesting early data... the Tiger produces some 50km more per rm50 fill of caltex 95. Will need to validate this as it does prelim runs before real world ehailing load runs. Also need to reconcile figures between 1.0 axia/bhp95 and 1.3 Tiger/caltex95 Shell ads.. Up to 15km more per tank. So far nothing significantly extra in mileage during real world runs in both vehicles.

For those in need of exceptional torque and speed, the MPW52 wheel drive is the solution, with its 150 mm wheel generating a peak torque of 12.4 Nm (110 lb.in) at 2.4 meters/second and a load-bearing capacity of up to 68 kg (150 lb) per wheel. Even dual row IMS bearings wear and can fail as documented by one of our IMS Solution Certified Installers, Callas Rennsport. Your Porsche's IMS bearing must be replaced before it fails as part of preventative maintenance, especially if it's original. As we've discussed in previous posts, it is very important to carry out a thorough IMS prequalification. In this instance, the variocam wear pads needed replacing and when the original Porsche IMS bearing was removed, it was found to have excessive wear and play with pitting in the balls.
