#Innovation and something we can all do with, as the Sun isn't out 24 hrs a day and only occasionally through the winter months, this #wind #turbine is the best to have on your #roof to #generate your #own #electricity. I hope it's not too pricey to pay for as the technology is easier. People who have streams running through their gardens may be able to use this kind of technology on water too. But the roof it is for this model and for a future that doesn't use fossil fuels, the Utility companies can swizzle on my little finger for their lack of #affordability in the #utility #stakes! Five Million pounds to buy a piece of the Swindon culture and a large piece of land that has a lot of buildings on it. Rumoured HRH Harry was likely to buy this for their family abode when he married Megan. It never happened and it still is up for sale. Impressive-sized rooms, which came to mind when the peasants have to live in Biscuit-sized Tins, it is no wonder houses like these exist, they can have a bigger space to make a homely salute to the British Housing situation. Will Britain continue with its tiny cornflake box new homes? Or would the price match what you get, unlike at the moment, the price doesn't even get close to what the properties are worth. We can hope that once Labour has fixed the Tories ' fudge-ups, they can then address the housing market and stop it rocketing into orbit at a ludicrous price, and even bring down the price of a place like this! Now there's food for thought! 🤔

Inspired by a group on Linkedin that covers the different areas of Britain, I decided to take a trip to Hastings to ride the Funicular railway myself. (price put me off though) Last week, I spent time in East Sussex, and here are some pictures I took. Not all your usual touristy-type pictures either. My ADHD brain got a break from life. It felt normal until the journey home, which was horrendous on the M23, M25 and M3. I hasten to add 6 hrs in a car, hopping from service to service is not my idea of a smooth journey home. 😑 The pictures show Hastings Old Town, 2 Funicular railway lines, one not working. The cliffs of Hastings, the Tall houses in the background and the way the houses have been turned into modern apartment houses now. The cobbled street of Rye (ankle breakers) and the Abbey in Battle with the famous Battle Roundabout sculpture. We also went to Pevensey, although we had a hotel in Battle. The Claverton Hotel had a wedding yesterday but we left before it started. Now I am home, my ADHD brain has had to have a kickstart with yesterday's horrendous journey back, and it is back to normal. It is only when you know you suffer from ADHD, that you can truly appreciate when your brain gets a break. Last week I lost the need to remember and everything I struggle with normally, worked! It proves that running my ADHD ragged, doesn't help at all in everyday life, it is better to slow it down to nothing if possible, and let life roll by at a pace that is good for me, rather than remember it all and keep reminding myself to remember it all, which is like the hamster on the exercise wheel! #ADHDbreak #ADHDholiday #Greatweather #UKBreak #ADHDrelaxation #meditation #healthyseaair #newfaces #newADHDme

The Dopamine kick that ADHD people don't get too often, makes them flat and appear to be bored. I have the ADD side of ADHD, so I can sit quietly and float off into another world, otherwise known as meditation. ADHD people seek out Dopamine hits, because when it kicks in it's euphoric. But it doesn't last due to the way we are genetically made up. Doctors diagnose Depression to people with ADHD, the burnout cycle to the problem can appear to be like Depression. A necessary evil - Got to kill the animals for food, the bush meat. Elephants and Hippos as well a large number of other game meat. It's big news but it is odd how it's not got to our TVs. is it because it's a "look over there" issue?
