Meet Josh Pape, Chief Lending Officer and ROGER advisory board member. Josh Pape was an enlisted, active-duty service member in the Air Force and served as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Technician. “As a young, enlisted Airman, I recall having an overdrawn bank account due to not having good access to my account transactions, along with no money saved up. It was counter to what I thought my improved future would be to joining the military.
