It took us only 3886 days (10 y 7m 23 d) and 9 rejections to have one article accepted in The British Journal of Radiology. Although I strongly dislike any criticism and rejection of my articles, even if it is justified; but still accept it with irritation. ✨ Exciting results from our latest study comparing transcatheter mitral valve implantation (TMVI) with surgical mitral valve replacement (SMVR). 💡 This is the world's first propensity score-matched comparison of TMVI with Tendyne (n=40) versus SMVR (n=80). In patients at intermediate surgical risk, TMVI demonstrated higher rates of VARC-3 device success at 30 days compared to SMVR.
