The book "The Coddling of the American Mind" was a real eye-opener for me, especially about the 3 great untruths and the impact of safetyism on students. I'm excited to see how "The Coddling Movie" will delve into these issues. This is such a crucial conversation to have, especially for educators and parents alike. Well done adaptation of an important book. I enjoyed the showing at UCLA Law School in February (with no demonstrations) especially because the producers, Courtney and Ted Balaker, were there for an excellent Q&A. This last was highlighted by a freshman UCLA student who prefaced his Q with an admission he had participated in a DEI session as part of an orientation just that morning.

It is time that we respected this great generation: The generation that rose up and said NO to war and genocide and the destruction of the environment. I'm an X-er and no X-er or Boomer has the right to denigate this, the greatest and the most impressive of all generations by far.

Great read and I can’t wait to see the film. Anxious generation has changed the way I see interact with my children and technology! Thank you!

Social media is the biggest component of anxiety for teens and college students. I’ve seen it first hand at UCLA and as a digital media professional. Even executives at Meta disclosed the brewing issue about the correlation of time spent on social and anxiety before whistleblowers went on 60 minutes and the news began to report on it.

I found "The Coddling of the American Mind" to be incredibly thought-provoking. I'm excited to see how the film adaptation brings these important ideas to a broader audience. Looking forward to watching it!

Looking forward to watching this, Jonathan Haidt! I loved the book. I know film can reach audiences in ways that books cannot (or do not). I hope this film can amplify the message and extend the reach of the already impactful book.
