Thanks to feedback from our customers, we have a better understanding of what could help them to feel safer in their home. Brilliant workshop on Managing Conflict with Hampshire Cultural Trust yesterday! Such a useful tool as we navigate the world of customer service in the event industry. Has anyone noticed that people’s attitudes have shifted since lockdown? It’s so noticeable that we are having more and more confrontational conversations.

Dear CoWORKERS: My job just got harder. 1-800-ask-USPS Call Center Agents now have to train those that are the graders - the Quality Assurance people. Postmaster Louis DeJoy outlawed public comments in 2024 and I don't remember having a Team "Meeting" where employees can exchange information freely since 2023. . (I got my last 2 perm Supervisors let us "brainstorm" by huddles but the newbies hold them sporadically so it's all INcoming information for us). So... I've been using Microsoft Teams to do my information exchange. This is what I've learned recently. AI is beoing installed/used or probably OUTsourced because Postal Entities that have viewed my LinkedIn profile are from OVERSEAS Outsourced Sales Call Centers. Had a 1 on 1 yesterday with my Supervisor who referenced leaving a meeting while adjourned - she did start wrapping it up and than an employee was chirping in - I'm the only one that raises my hand and has never been called on due to lack of time). ANYWAY... One 204B asked agents What We Thought About AI. Quite frankly I believe USPS already has AI. I pictured her like the Voki Avatar I used when an auburn gal would speak in MY voice, "Log On, Tune In and Turn Up TPSradio Monday Mornings 9-11am on CSULB's kbeach.org and Friday Nights at WPMD.org and tell those who don't have internet yet they can hear Band with Upcoming Gigs in The (562) in their living rooms on Charter TV Channel 62, 65 and 69..." Anyway, I call her RHONDA THE ROBOT and she can: 1. Tell you the last scan on your trackable item. 2. Hold your mail (and evidently let someone else do it - like the Agents! TRY it! Call in and say your Mickey or Minnie Mouse and say you want to put your mail on hold. Ask the agent questions before you give your information. (How does An Agent Know Whose Calling? A stolen/cell phone provides name many times and if they have a profile, that number pre-populates). 4. Schedule A Redelivery (I'm sure Rhonda gives the option for you to also RTS the item. OUR robot doesn't work so well when you are the Sender of Mail that needs a signature. 5. I don't believe she tells Customers that Express Mail only sticks around for 5 days (if anyone is expecting one, please call in. I CANNOT use work data in my own research. (Louis DeJoy is SO much in the news BUT not by name. Leads can be found looking up New Breed and tracing connections to felons ie. lawyer Michael Cohen and Elliott Broidy first public fundraisers for Trump. OR googling the "Good Buddies" names together and separately ie. Trump and DeJoy (Whitehouse Press release April 2020), Trump & DeJoy & Mnuchin, Trump & Mnuchin & Weicher. WATCH retire postal./Congress Brenda Lawrence grill Margaret Weichert then Louis DeJoy. Look up Trump and Mrs. DeJoy (Aldona Wos). IS the goal to get her to Canada, following The "Digital Guru" who turned ESTONIA into the DeJoy's Model Digital City? Who delivers in Estonia? Who owns those companies.
