AccountingWEB is looking for a new consulting tax editor.
Are you a tax expert who enjoys writing and is passionate about helping others navigate the tax landscape and HMRC matrix? This position could be for you.
Rebecca Cave has expertly overseen AccountingWEB’s tax content for almost a decade, but she will soon be taking a step back from being the site’s consulting tax editor and will be enjoying a well-earned retirement - but don’t worry, Rebecca will still be around with regular columns and opinion pieces.
However, this means we have an opportunity for the next star of the tax world to step forward and become the championing voice of AccountingWEB’s tax content.
As the consulting tax editor, you would have a keen eye for the news and issues that will affect our readers most, curate the tax articles on the site, have an unrivalled black book of contacts to call on for articles, and work with the AccountingWEB editorial team in setting the news agenda through regular news meetings.
This part-time position is suitable for someone who already has a writing portfolio or is building one. However, the demands of the role mean it is probably not ideal for someone to do it over the weekend.
AccountingWEB is one of the most respected news outlets in the profession and is the largest independent online community for accounting and finance professionals in the UK.
