Do you know your energy type? Energy management is the new time management... Did you know that the #1 success trait of professionals today is their “energy”? I met Erin King (She ROCKS!!) at a conference a couple weeks ago and I absolutely loved what she said about your vibe being your value, and your energy being your edge. She developed an assessment and blueprint to help people unlock their Big Energy - it's not just about “powering through” to increase your output, it’s about “powering up”, understanding your chargers and drainers, and optimizing your existing inner resources so you can consistently perform at your absolute best. This also translates into organizations.... Lack of energetic leadership is extremely expensive. Low energy equals low morale. Low morale equals low productivity. Low productivity equals low profitability. As a leader, if you want to raise the energy AROUND you- you start by raising the energy WITHIN you.
