Great day at IMTS! Had a lot of great conversations and saw some very cool machines! Also had the honor to spend some time with Donnie Hinski with Titans of CNC. Super cool dude and he took us through his new CNC academy that he developed to help programmers and machinists. What a fantastic contribution to the world of CNC!! Thank you Donnie for your and looking forward to going through your program! 🦾

We are super excited to get our newest addition to the team up and running this week. This brand new Swiss Lathe will not only allow us to make any type of set screw we need for the electrical industry, but it will also provide many opportunities to help produce very unique fasteners and other small turn parts. This is amazing technology and its just another step in our 6 month plan of complete vertical integration for the electrical industry. Stay tuned.... the next 6 months will be packed of significant investment, aggressive project management and relentless pursuit of excellence, Caudle Fabrication will have enhanced its inhouse capabilities by a rate that would take many organizations several years. We are so grateful and blessed for the opportunity to be able to implement these changes and drive progress such as this. We are so proud of our team and their efforts, and it is incredible to watch them grow through this process as well. GO TEAM!!!

Thank you for coming out and touring our facility. Sorry I missed you!! Sounds like you had a great day!! 😊
Plant Tour: 249 Company: Ability KC Location: Kansas City, MO We welcomed one of our newest Members to the Missouri Association of Manufacturers, Ability KC, about a week ago. A Missouri Sheltered Workshop employing adults with disabilities, they are a manufacturers supporting manufacturers providing services such as packaging, assembly, fulfillment, sorting, and so much more. And that is just within their Workshop manufacturing space. They are also the longest-standing comprehensive outpatient medical rehabilitation facility in KC serving children and adults with disabilities. It was great to spend some time with the Team there, getting a tour of their facility and seeing some of the projects they are working on; like stuffing bags of money. Literally. Just to clarify, the money is shredded for little souvenir bags for visitors to the Federal Reserve Bank. Plant Tour: 250!!!! Company: Caudle Fabrication LLC Location: Excelsior Springs, MO Another proud Member of the Association, Caudle Fabrication is an all-in-one provider of assemble, sheet metal fabrication, welding and powder coating, and engineering design support. Thank you Steve Goertzen for providing us a tour of the facility. It was great to see the various projects the Team was working on. Electrical & mechanical assembly, various small parts machining and OEM parts, enclosures, etc. - an impressive operation. Plant Tour: 251 Company: CONFIDENTIAL Location: Kansas City area, MO We work with Manufacturers, manufacturing all sorts of components, supporting industries globally. Our last tour of the day was with one such Manufacturer - setting up a new facility in Missouri. It is great to be connected with manufacturing growth in Missouri - providing information, resources and connections, as they move close to production - from the ground up. Glad to have Tom Jensen, SHRM-CP with Higginbotham - a strong Partner and supporter of MAM, along with Harrison Lambert with Nonstop Administration & Insurance Services join us on Thursday. (Side note; Tom Jensen and Michael Eaton couldn't pass up the opportunity to pay a quick visit to our alma mater, William Jewell College, while in the neighborhood.)
