I always emphasize the importance of picking up the phone when a recruiter calls. More than 99% of the time it is a great chance to confirm how good your current role is and to potentially connect someone in your network with a new opportunity. Personally, I've answered the call three times in as many years and each time it has led to incredible opportunities. In 2022, I found a great role at NVA. Then, in 2023, I joined Bath & Body Works. Now, after answering the call in 2024, I'm done picking up the phone! I've found my perfect forever fit at Burlington Stores, Inc. I am excited to start next week as the Senior Vice President of HR supporting stores. I will have the honor to lead a team of HR professionals that will drive Burlington's planned growth through our dedicated store teams nationwide.
