Transitioning from another application, this oral surgery clinic embraced ADP & Synerion, marking a new era in their operational management. A key requirement was a calendar view for PTO. Synerion stepped up with a solution that not only provides this calendar view for Vacation/PTO but also introduces an innovative Coverage-Based Scheduler. This tool is crucial for their scheduling team, allowing an hour-by-hour view of each location's daily schedule to ensure optimal coverage.
