Hi, I'm Spence Hoole. I'm the President of IMA, Salt Lake City and the Mountain Region. And 2023, if I were to kind of summarize it in one word, it would be a year of change that truly has been transformative for our team, our associates and all of our stakeholders. For over 2 decades we called 136 E South Temple home and due to our growth and lots of other changes it was it became necessary for us to find a bigger and better space. Fortunately for us, it was just right around the corner in 95 S State Salt Lake's newest and biggest and best building. We want to be a place where people want to come, both employees using it as a recruiting tool. We love to have clients and partners come. We're in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, right by City Creek, and we did that purposely because we want to be where the action is. We love having a walkable community in the sense that people can come here, get out of their car, walk to restaurants, sporting venues. If you're going to drive some place to work, you might as well make it. Cool. So the highlights, I would say in 2023 obviously going to new space, doing a rebrand, we had been diversified insurance for quite some time for over 23 years and with our partnership with IMA, we just felt like moving to a new building was the right time to rebrand ourselves the growth that we've had, adding you know a number of new associates, expanding, but the best part of the year. Was when people at the end of the year come up and tell you what a great year it's been. We always have immense gratitude for our clients and partners. We're so thankful for your business, the opportunity we have to work with you. It's truly a privilege and a blessing to be your partner. We're looking forward to a lot of good things happening and more great stuff in 2024.
