The Forward Together Vision for Flint & Genesee defines success as becoming a top 5 county in Michigan based on jobs, talent, livability and equity by 2040. Educational Attainment is one of our metrics. As of 2021, Genesee County ranked 34th out of 83 counties with 35.60% of residents over 25 with a postsecondary degree.
