Hello ASUS It’s such a shame that a company as big as yours don’t know how to treat their customer’s grievances. I had purchased a #tuf_gaming15 from ASUS on 23/05/2024. My laptop stopped working on 14/08/2024 (Within 2 months). Then I connected with customer care and register a complaint but then again your technician took 2 escalations to visit my home. It literally took you 19 days to give a service. When technician came, he didn’t give me any response and when I myself called him after 3 days he finally replied that there is some motherboard issue to which they cannot replace even if my product is in warranty. This same case has happened and reported 5 days ago by sone other customer. I believe there is surely an issue with your production. I am expecting a better way of handling this issue and requesting for product replacement. I had no choice but to make this a public issue in order to find a proper solution. please help.
