I have completed Level 1,2 and 3 Tasks at Cognifyz Technologies during my Internship Program. #Level1: 1. The task is to determine the top three most common cuisines in the dataset and then calculate the percentage of restaurants that serve each of these top cuisines. 2. The task involves identifying the city with the highest number of restaurants in the dataset, calculating the average rating for restaurants in each city, and then determining the city with the highest average rating. 3. The task requires creating a histogram or bar chart to visualize the distribution of price ranges among the restaurants and calculating the percentage of restaurants in each price range category. 4. The task involves determining the percentage of restaurants that offer online delivery and comparing the average ratings of restaurants with and without online delivery #Level2: 1. The task involves analyzing the distribution of aggregate ratings to determine the most common rating range and calculating the average number of votes received by restaurants. 2. The task includes identifying the most common combinations of cuisines in the dataset and determining if certain cuisine combinations tend to have higher ratings. 3. The task involves plotting the locations of restaurants on a map using longitude and latitude coordinates and then identifying any patterns or clusters of restaurants in specific areas. 4. The task is to identify if there are any restaurant chains present in the dataset and then analyze the ratings and popularity of these different restaurant chains. #Level3: 1. The task involves analyzing text reviews to identify the most common positive and negative keywords. Additionally, it requires calculating the average length of reviews and exploring if there is a relationship between review length and rating 2. The task consists of identifying the restaurants with the highest and lowest number of votes. Additionally, it involves analyzing if there is a correlation between the number of votes and the rating of a restaurant. 3. The task involves analyzing if there is a relationship between the price range and the availability of online delivery and table booking. Additionally, it requires determining if higher-priced restaurants are more likely to offer these services. ### Analyzing the Modern Dining Experience: Insights from My Data Analysis Project I'm thrilled to announce the successful completion of my data analysis project on the modern dining experience, conducted during my recent internship. This project was an incredible opportunity to dive deep into the intersection of data, technology, and dining, revealing how restaurants can adapt to meet contemporary consumer demands. 🍽 **Key Focus Areas:** - **Table Booking and Online Delivery**: Investigated the prevalence of table booking and online delivery services, comparing their impact on customer ratings and exploring their correlation with restaurant price ranges. - **Price Range Analysis**: Identified common pricing strategies, assessed the relationship between price and customer satisfaction, and discovered which price range is most associated with higher ratings. - **Feature Engineering**: Enhanced the dataset by extracting new features from existing data and creating insightful variables to deepen our analysis. 📈 **Project Insights:** - Determined the percentage of restaurants offering table booking and online delivery services. - Compared the average ratings between restaurants with and without table booking options. - Analyzed online delivery service availability across various price ranges. - Identified the most common price range and calculated the average rating for each. - Discovered the color representing the highest average rating across price ranges.
