1moDo you know about the RPA Program ?Currently being aggressivly implemented government wide it’s being piloted at 25 federal agencies. My favorite part is the transparency and compliance it brings to the data surrounding systemic racism, retaliation and attrition. You see the collection of data is ongoing, even while we’re away from our computers, at home with our families. Data tells us stories, it can tell you if there are patterns of misconduct by supervisors and even detect fraud, waste, and abuse trends. I’m all for it! The image below should look familiar it’s from your own playbook. https://www.gsa.gov/system/files/rpa-playbook.pdf
