Building internal connections and networking can help access resources and support. - Understanding Digital Equity in Higher Education: The concept of digital equity and inclusivity in higher education has become even more critical, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Digital education is no longer an add-on but a vital component of higher education delivery. - Engagement and Resource Sharing: PGRs and ECRs are encouraged to engage in collective action and mutual support. 20 years ago I was on a leave of absence from my PhD program. I loved teaching and I was unsure I wanted a tenure track position.
