I was honored to join Citi‘s celebration of Hispanic and Latino Heritage Month. In a discussion with Ashley Aydin, Lisandro Chanlatte, CAIA and Viviane Sabat we spoke about the impact Hispanic and Latino people have as talent, consumers and entrepreneurs. Within U.S. Personal Banking, Financial Inclusion & Racial Equity is one of our top priorities and a key focus for our leadership team. We’ve engaged teams across our business to think and act in support of equity by providing greater access to banking and credit in communities of color, expanding homeownership, enabling small business owners, and advancing inclusive practices in our company and the financial services industry. I’m proud of the strides we’ve made to drive inclusion both within our company/teams, and our communities. Yet there’s a lot more to do, so we remain committed to doing our part to help close the racial/ethnic wealth gap and increase economic mobility in the U.S.
I would like to share the same concerns of Aamer. It has been a real Cavalry to deal with Citibank over the last few months. Really unpleasant and frustrating. Jane Fraser , Sunil Garg your customers are the reason your company exists . Gonzalo Luchetti . I wish I didn’t have to use LinkedIn but it is impossible to have a response from Citibank using the usual customer channels
Gonzalo- such a pleasure to spend time with you & the team! #mastercard is proud to be able to partner with #citi on this and many other critical business challenges!
Thank you for raising our flag so high Gonzalo.
Representation matters!
Bravo Gonzalo Luchetti!
Well stated Gonzalo

6moHello! Hello! I am in desperate need of help with a Citi issue. I once had a loan through Citi which has been paid off since 2015. I am refinancing now (2024) only to find out that Citi neglected to submit to the county a lien release form. I have the payoff confirmation and all related documents. I have been in touch via email (the ONLY way to communicate) and Citi has said they have sent in the release form however the county does NOT have it. There is no way to contact anyone in the lien release department! In talking with the county clerk, it was expressed that Citi could E-Record or e-file however it has not been done. My most pressing issue is we are 3 weeks beyond and it is costing me $280/day until this is remedied. I was given a reference number 53075. Property address is 112 Lazy Lane, Sealy, Tx 77474. I can be reached at (323) 243-9136
