I like to compare demos (eg. at the end of a sprint, or when a user story is ready) to F1 racing.
I can watch a F1 race and form opinions about the cars, the drivers, the track, etc.
But sit me behind the wheel of a racing car doing 180 mph at Silverstone? That's a completely different kettle of fish 😲
My point, of course, is that a demo isn't a /real/ experience -- for anyone.
Could your team replace demos with a more realistic user experience?
