In a hotly contested premises liability case, Partner, Patrick W. Kenny, Esq., was successful in obtaining summary judgment for a contractor client that was alleged to have caused and created a dangerous condition by placing its construction debris in an area exclusively for tenant garbage at an ongoing construction site when plaintiff who was removing the tenant garbage impaled himself on an unknown object requiring him to undergo two surgeries and suffer nerve damage.
