One thing is worth following the CPG industry is all this concern about ultra processed foods and it might end up being a huge trend that disrupts supply chains and CPG. It might be, you know, kind of one of the defining trends next several years trying to go away from ultra processed foods or it could just be the latest fad. But still, nevertheless, it's it's it's worth mentioning and there's an article over the weekend, the Wall Street Journal talking about the the bread shelf life. So you need to go into a grocery store entire shelf of Brad. There's so many different. Varieties of bread, you wonder kind of helmet why there needs to be so many. But I guess the bread there lasts a couple weeks at least. It's supposed to be a a date on there where after the the grocery stores take delivery of the bread, they can have it on for a couple of weeks before it's, you know, purchased. But there's been more, you know, concerns of the ultra processed foods and that includes some preservatives that extend the shelf lives of of bread. And you know, if you guys, if you didn't have those preservatives, the bread might only last a couple days. And if you really wanted to sort of, you know, fresh bread, you know, some, some examples where this might cost $7.00 rather than a two or three dollar purchase, which the consumers are more concerned about. And, and so lately there's been all these sort of studies coming out that the American diet too heavily focused on ultra processed foods. And that doesn't just include the Hershey kiss we're talking about before, but also things like soups, cereals, you know, packaged bread, all these things. Yeah, they could be linked to a wide range of health problems causing depression, cancer, cardiovascular disease or the list goes on. And I guess really the the question is, is the government going to, you know, push back against any of these? You know, maybe have a label that is is labeled ultra process, Although the the industry would push back and say, well, there's no standard definition of that. It's not clear what that is. But it's also possible that food companies are going to start swapping out ingredients for ones that would take it off. Of the list of ultra processed food, so it that could disrupt CPG supply chains and it could also disrupt CPG supply chains because the people who are going to be more interested in the, you know, less processed foods or we're really the the ones that are more interested now and things like organic, which might be more of the coastal, you know, affluent communities. And so you could have this, you know, continuation of a situation where you have just more fresh foods going into those areas or is there more processed foods going into. Southern and central parts of the of the country.
