Our financial restructuring and bankruptcy attorneys Brett Axelrod and Nick Koffroth were selected as co-counsel with Lowenstein Sandler LLP to represent the Unsecured Creditor Committee for Nevada Copper, a copper producer that owns and operates the Pumpkin Hollow copper mine in Nevada.
