This summer is proving to be a momentous one for #TeamSwoop! This July, we surpassed seven million travellers flown, achieved a 99.0% completion factor and a 77.8% A15 on-time performance (arrival within 15 minutes of scheduled time). Most importantly, we’re providing a service that Canadians truly value, indicated through an impressively high Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 56. A standard NPS scale runs from -100 to 100, with a score over 0 being good and over 50 being excellent. Thank you to our Swoopsters who support and take care of our travellers throughout their journey. And thank you to all of our travellers for their trust and loyalty over the past five years; we look forward to serving Swoop travellers through October 28, 2023, after which our operations will fully integrate into WestJet.
