Interesting take on the role of AI and #happiness. #Work is certainly changing, and there is no question that technology will play a part in that change. In this recent Forbes article, #AI has the potential to increase human happiness by up to 30%. By automating repetitive tasks, offering personalized support, and providing deep insights into mental health, AI could transform the workplace experience. This is perhaps how we build human capacity and expand the overall pie without adding to the plate. I think that is the trick. We cannot continue to add. Imagine having tools that not only enhance productivity but also elevate overall satisfaction, #engagement, happiness, and help us live better lives. Live life better. But before we jump off the deep end, we need to consider if we are ready to trust AI with things like the #emotional #wellbeing of our teams and if there could be hidden challenges we are not thinking of yet because we don't know what to think about. maybe you have better questions, and more experience.
