🇲🇽Today at Confindustria we had the honor of welcoming the Mexican Ambassador, Carlos Eugenio Garcia De Alba Zepeta. The prospects for further growth in industrial and commercial collaboration between Italy and Mexico are extensive and highly interesting. This applies both to Mexican companies investing in Italy, particularly in the tourism and agri-food sectors, and to Italian companies investing in Mexico, which currently number around 2.300, including 150 with productive investments in sectors such as automotive, mechanical, fashion, and agri-food. In trade with Mexico, Italy is the second-largest EU country after Germany. In the first few months of 2024, trade has increased by 10.20% compared to the period of January to March 2023. But what fascinated me most about the meeting, and what I consider a reason for learning and growth, is the history of the country's economy and its relations with Italy through the centuries. This year, we are celebrating 150 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries🎉

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of attending an event at the ΕΒΕΑ - ACCI | Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where we had the opportunity to meet with ambassadors and representatives from different Asian countries. Finally, this piece of work is out after almost three years. The journey of this publication is very bumpy. Back to 2021 Jan, we came up with the idea to explore how COVID-19 changed the way of trade fair services which is related to my previous work at Hong Kong Trade Business Development Council. We aimed at another journal and went through 3 round R&R. However, I was struggling with my PhD thesis submission in 2022 and decided not to go further. While I was the one on the downer, my supversior encouraged me saying we would find another home. Maureen Benson-Rea thank you, you are always there being supportive. And we find another decent home for this articule. This research explores the impact Covid-19 has generated on the event services sector and how SERVQUAL (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) could be applied in an emerging virtual setting. What exactly is international trade fair's and exhibitions . It is only to stop your decision by showing disruptive technology. I am not saying that , you should not attend , or it is a waste of time. If you have a project in mind , you should explore how that disruptive technology will work for you region, country , continent and so on. Things are different in different areas !
