With AI being mentioned more and more, I wanted to reflect on this book I read a few years ago in a book club, The Content Trap: A Strategist's Guide to Digital Change by Bharat Anand. At the time, the book club chose this to understand all the social media channels coming online and the mass amounts of content needed to fuel these spaces. I could see some of the principles from the book coming back around to make sense of AI-generated content and how we can use it while not operating out of a position of fear. Here are some of the concepts resonating with me right now: ▪ Content is Not Enough. In the book, the author contends that having great content is not sufficient for success in the digital age. The human intervention in knowing what, how, and when to put content out is as important as the content itself. ▪ Interconnectedness. The ability to see connections between all things is a strength. Just as we found interconnectedness through older technologies -- think MIRC chat lol, we will find it again. ▪ Adaptability. Just like any other new tool, integrating AI in slow intentional steps can help you with design thinking, brainstorming, and workflows. It's scary giving up control to something else -- but just like math, what was once in a calculator is now in Excel and Power Query and other tools. ▪ Customer-Centric Approach. Never lose sight of the people you serve. Your customers, your stakeholders, and collaborators. The ability to integrate tools and people works best when you maintain perspective and understand your why. If you are feeling a little overwhelmed with content, technology, and platforms, you aren't alone. Going back to why we use these tools is a small way to throttle the speed of consumption and change that feels right for you. Here are a few steps to get started: Carve out 15 minutes this week to consider your relationship with new tools and content. ▪ Shed one thing that doesn't serve you. ▪ Stop doing one thing that is an outdated practice. ▪ Try one new feature on a tool you already have in your routine. ▪ Log into one tool you haven't used in a while. If you've read this book, what other concepts or principles is useful to you? Have a great week! Your friendly neighborhood coach, ed #peoplecare #bookrecommendations #kaizen

Elaine Dizon, ACC puts a fine point on it: *Customer-Centric Approach. Never lose sight of the people you serve. Too often, leadership forgets who the client/customer actually is. "You serve" the people who serve on your behalf, in addition to The Customer. When in contractor relationships, particularly when the contractor is representing your company on a project, they too are an internal customer. In this time of new tech being "scary" again, remember to acknowledge the irreplaceable business relationships "out loud" and in lasting ways. I found this to be a thought-provoking piece, Elaine- nice job!

Marketing Intern at Conturae ✅| Exeter's 30 under 30✅ | ConneXe Co-Founder✅| Business and Finance Society Committee Member✅ | Exeter Chamber NextGen Board Member ✅ | Business Management and Marketing Undergraduate ✅
Conturae has failed more than once. We started off selling word packs (confusing), then moved to blog credits (also confusing). Now we’ve streamlined it: simple plans, clear pricing, and AI credits to build stronger content, faster. Our AI tools just launched (and they're FREE to use)! However, they're still in beta so if you find any bugs, it's Sam's fault 😅 but please do let him know! For anyone interested, I'll put the link to create a free account in the comments.👇
I’ll be completely honest, Conturae failed In fact, we’ve failed more than once, you just didn’t see it (the word pivot is internally banned) But this is the truth of 90% of businesses. Your original plan most likely won’t work so you either die or pivot. I’m sure you can guess which one Conturae did. No we didn’t die. It started off by selling packs of words - confusing, no one knew exact lengths of content to request. Then we moved on to selling plans with blog credits but still selling by word - still confusing as it was like two different service offerings in one, hard to explain on sales calls. Now we’re selling plans with lower cost per word on each tier and a set amount of AI credits for our brand new AI tools which enhances your content needs - To me this is extremely clear, the higher the plan, the bigger the discount on content and the more AI credits you get to play around with to make your content even better. This sounds good right ? Well why don’t you tell me. These new AI tools are now out and in Beta (I’m the developer so if you find any bugs don’t hate me, report them and i’ll fix them.. else I will lose my job) Find the link to sign up for free in the comments 👇 P.S. Any feedback will be amazing, you can either email me or message me personally!

You focus on AI, I make AI focussed | Prompt Engineer | Gen AI Developer | DM if you want prompts for optimal responses.
What if I told you that your prompt could analyse, refine, and perfect itself—over and over again? Sounds futuristic, right? Well, that’s exactly what iterative prompting does. Think of it like an editor that never gets tired. It evaluates its own output, making continuous tweaks until the perfect version is achieved. Iterative prompting automates feedback loops, ensuring every output aligns with your specific goals Picture this: You’re launching a new product and need good descriptions that strike a balance between SEO and emotional appeal. With this tool, you can generate drafts, fine-tune them for tone, style, and impact—all without lifting a finger. I’ve built a simple demo—a product description writer that uses iterative prompting to polish text until it hits that spot of persuasion and engagement. Curious? I’m dropping a Google Colab link below for you to try it out yourself. https://lnkd.in/eyShCxDP Have you tried iterative prompts before? Drop your thoughts below, let’s brainstorm how to integrate this into realtime projects! #AI #Automation #ContentStrategy #PromptEngineering #MachineLearning #iterativeprompting

Are you tired of constantly answering simple questions for your team? It's a common issue, but there's a straightforward AI-based solution to address it effectively. Let me guide you through creating an AI assistant that can handle your company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This way, your team can get instant answers without disrupting your workflow. Here's what you need to do: Gather Your SOPs: Ideally, you should already have your company's processes documented in PDF format. Make sure all these documents are compiled and ready. Create an AI Assistant with Voiceflow: Voiceflow is an intuitive platform for building AI assistants, and it's great for beginners. No coding skills are needed, and you can start for free. Upload Your SOPs to Voiceflow: In the Knowledge section of your new assistant, upload all the SOP PDFs. Test the assistant by asking it a question to ensure it's working correctly. Set Up a Basic Query Loop: This loop will allow the assistant to continuously answer questions until you decide to end the session. Implement This Script: Use the script “You are a helpful internal assistant for [YOUR COMPANY]. Answer the user’s question based on the documentation given” to guide your assistant. Publish and Test Your Assistant: After publishing, share the assistant by copying its link to a browser. Test it with a few questions to see how it performs. Once done, share this link with your team. They can easily access the assistant for any query, ensuring your day remains interruption-free and they get the information they need instantly. Thank you for reading. I'm excitedly building my AI agency and sharing my experiences on LinkedIn. If you're interested in automating aspects of your business or discussing ideas, feel free to send me a message. Let's innovate together! 🚀

Are you using templates? Create polished, professional product updates without breaking a sweat. Ever wonder which heading style to use for a section? Maybe just make the section title bold? And what should we call the section anyway—Bug-fixes, Bugfixes, or Bug fixes? That's where templates come in. They allow you to create a standard format for your updates, so you don't have to reinvent the wheel each time. But Templates in Released can do so much more than that. With AI blocks you can auto-generate the content for each section. Just select the block style and issue types to include in the section, and templates will handle the rest. Templates can even create an intro and title for your post, based on the content of the issues featured. Try https://www.released.so/
