We're here at the F45 Hilton downtown studio. Joe Balash on both the general manager of the Hilton Austin and a member of this studio. We looked at many different concepts and in line with where Hilton is going with fitness and Wellness as a brand, we started looking at individual studio driven concepts. I happen to be lucky enough to run into a young lady who was in business development with that 45 at the time and within 120 days we were actually starting the demolition of that space from a spa transition into the working studio that it is now. There's no other 45 like this. The amount of people we see that just leave with this mount their faces where the locals are not, That's one of the things I'm super, super, super proud of. The basis of it is that you want to provide something, you want to provide experience, to provide a good service to someone, and you want people leave feeling better than they came in. The goal is really to create that environment where we culture the culture of customer service and making sure people have an amazing experience that they're going to talk and to their friends for. Some months have come. Tilden's commitment to Wellness fitness. As a brand, we're really moving in that direction. The core cultures of both Hilton and F45 are, are very, very similar. Not only does it allow our guests to be their best selves, to get that workout in and feel their best as they're going to that convention, to that meeting, to that presentation, but it allows them to maintain that commitment to their own fitness on the road, which is really been remarkable. F45IS team training, life changing with Hilton. We are committed to spreading the warmth and light of hospitality. That same sense of family, that same sense of that we're in this together and that we're A-Team. And that's really the sustainable factor that pushes everything forward. And once you have that inertia, that really keeps everything going.

I attended a couple of classes at F45 Hilton Austin! It was fantastic. The coaches were great. Hoping to see more F45 studios in Hilton Hotels so I can conveniently get my favorite workouts when I'm on the road!
