💡 Preparing Olympians for their post sport career was the proposal by Luiza Złotkowska and Marcin Doros from the Polski Komitet Olimpijski for the #EUSC2023. #Paris2024 Paralympic Games start tonight, an important reminder of the power of sport for #inclusion 👩🏼🦽➡️ Not only do these Games stage an opportunity for Para athletes to shine, they are also an example of what can be done to promote inclusivity through sport. The city of Paris had the important task of rebuilding its facilities to accommodate these sport (including the Olympic Village), ensuring accessible transportation, and access to venues and public spaces. 💡 "Preventing injuries in grassroots and amateur sports by using digital tools" was the iPrevent communication for the #EUSC2023 This presentation showcased the methodology of the #ErasmusPlus project which is developing and testing an evidence-based programme to prevent and improve injuries recovery in young soccer players. The programme will enable coaches and managers to follow the programme through a mobile APP. Find out more in the poster below ⤵️
