I'm a little confused. Is “Shape the future with confidence” a tagline or a phrase? (they can be quite different things with different meanings and roles). If it's "a tagline sitting next to the logo" then why is "Building a better working world' still next to your logo, on the page with the primary headline "Will you shape the future, or will the future shape you?" Boy, I'm really confused now.

I like the phrase "Now, companies are swapping their rose-tinted glasses for magnifying ones." Having worked in identifying future opportunities (or 'innovation') for much of the last decade, I've observed that budgets have been repurposed to ensure existing initiatives are watertight, not just limited to ESG. This phrase succinctly captures that shift.
