We are proud to announce the successful commissioning and handover of a Multi-Effect Evaporation (MEE) plant featuring our advanced self-cleaning evaporator technology in India. This marks the 6th new-built MEE plant of a series of seven designed for one of our esteemed clients, a leading producer of dyes in the country. The MEE plant, supplied by Shachi Engineering, is designed to treat 16 m³/h of wastewater containing a mix of organic and inorganic substances, concentrating the effluent up to 35%. Of particular note is the inclusion of our innovative self-cleaning technology, integrated into the first two effects of the MEE system, ensuring enhanced operational efficiency and minimized downtime. The commissioning of this 6th plant highlights the continued success of the project, which has been progressing steadily since 2021, when the first MEE unit was put into operation. Now, with six plants successfully handed over to the client, we are eagerly looking forward to the final step—the launch of the 7th and final unit, scheduled for completion in 2025. Our self-cleaning technology is a key differentiator in this project, offering the client improved performance, reduced maintenance costs, and a more sustainable solution for wastewater treatment. By enabling continuous operation without frequent shutdowns for cleaning, we are helping the client maintain high production standards while minimizing environmental impact. This achievement underscores our ongoing commitment to delivering high-performance industrial solutions, aligning with global sustainability goals, and supporting the growth of environmentally responsible industries in India. We are excited to continue this journey with our partners as we approach the final commissioning milestone in 2025.
