I agree, eBay is completely incompetent. eBay deemed some of my friend's listings to be counterfeit products (which they are not), eBay took those listings down, then before my friend had the chance to take down the remaining listings, because hey eBay isn't their life, they have work and kids and things, eBay then suspended my friend, permanently. No appeal. And all because that is "eBay policy". Now I'm not going to buy or sell on eBay either, and I encourage the rest of you to do the same.
No no no these generative AI listings are the worst. I wish sellers wouldn't use them. Sports cards in particular. Horrible Generative AI Solution.

1moEbay took 24% of me gross sales for simply advertising my simple product. In an effort to save money I refused Tracking. Ebay won't give me a dime until they get confirmation of deliver. The majority of my buyers are getting an error message when they attempt to leave feedback. They have messaged me on Ebay upon receipt of their orders. Ebay reads all your messages to make sure you're not trying to hook up with buyers and cut them out. Only a few days into this and 2/3 of my customers have messaged me, pleased with their purchases. Ebay put a hold on my account for 5 full days. Released the funds they have confirmation on , then put another hold on my funds hours before pay out. Saying they need tracking numbers for all my orders when they know I didn't use tracking. I have been lied to time after time. Hung up on by supervisors. Retaliating by holding my money for no reason, that I desperately need. I am a business owner. I would never allow me business to be run and founded on greed.
