Our identity is our superpower.

How many of us in Corporate America start our careers in exactly this way... fast forward 5, 10, 15 or 20 years later and we are mere ghosts of who we used to be or what we used to offer to the world with our gifts? The truth of who YOU are might be... The one with a creative, out of the box idea The one who speaks up when there's bias or tunnel vision when building a solution The one who has their own style of answering flat interview questions The one who challenges the status quo and pushes the people around them to be better ... yet, we are given roles where we are muzzled and dismissed, instead told... "listen to the one who's more experienced" "we've always done things this way" "we went with the other candidate, they have more experience" "you're out of line, this is not how we do business here" What are we all willing to do to step INTO the truth of who we are and what we really offer and CHALLENGE the roles others are trying to assign to us due to their own conformity?
