Copilot - a tool to do the job? This week I had the pleasure of channeling my inner ‘Debra Meaden’ and acted as a judge at WM Reply’s very own Dragon’s Den. Many of the ideas, of course, featured Microsoft’s generative AI tech. Whilst a lot of companies still grapple with the decision as to whether ROI is worth it, it had me wondering if there is different way to think about it… Having used Copilot for just two months, I can’t imagine not having it now. So will it become just another tool or employee benefit that is expected in the workplace? We wouldn’t be expected to do our roles without email, so I imagine the next generation of employees will think the same about generative AI. If it makes our day easier and reduces the mental load, why wouldn’t they??
