At DivcoWest, we’re committed to creating environments that are sustainable and positively impact future generations. In partnership with LCOR and designed by CBT Architects, Park 151 is our first multifamily building at Cambridge Crossing (CX) and is the latest example of this ongoing commitment, earning a WELL Gold certification from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). With a focus on health and wellness, Park 151 was designed with 30,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor amenities including curated core spaces outside of individual residences that support a healthy lifestyle and prioritize the well-being of residents. WELL done to the entire team! www.park151.com #multifamily #healthandwellness #sustainableliving #WELLGold

Envisioning a Future of Inclusive Living in Cambridge 🌟 At the heart of our vision lies a commitment to redefine housing in Cambridge: a community where disability isn't a hurdle but a pathway to enriched living. We're thrilled to unveil our proposal for disabled housing, meticulously designed to offer not just accessibility, but true empowerment. Imagine every residence meticulously crafted to be fully accessible, ensuring independence and comfort for all. Each unit boasts state-of-the-art amenities tailored to enhance daily life and foster a sense of community. But it doesn't stop there. We're proud to announce the inclusion of dedicated on-site professionals: physical therapists, nurses, and mental health therapists, standing ready to provide personalized care and support. This isn't merely about constructing buildings; it's about cultivating a thriving community where every individual can flourish. We believe in a future where inclusivity is the cornerstone of urban development. Join us in this groundbreaking initiative as we collaborate with Divco West to turn this vision into reality. Together, let's build a Cambridge where diversity is celebrated, accessibility is guaranteed, and community bonds are strengthened.
