It’s been about 2.5 months since I completely overhauled my life. 1. Better sleep habits. Asleep by 10pm, Awake by 5-6am) 2. Eating healthy. Minimize gluten, dairy, sugar, and alcohol. Increase veggie and fruit intake. More water, less snacks. 3. Consistent exercise. Running 5x a week + cross training, I’ve lost 22 pounds. I’ve run 100 miles. I just finished my first 10k, and now training for another one in October, then half marathon in December. My heart is healthy and happy, and I’m feeling better than ever. If you need to change your routine, do it now. My only regret is not changing it sooner.
