**🚨 Due Diligence in Action 🚨** We recently uncovered a significant issue with a mobile home park we have under contract. This discovery has drastically impacted the feasibility of any business plan we had in mind for the property. While it's disappointing, we’re likely going to step away from this deal after further discussions with zoning officials. This is why thorough due diligence is non-negotiable in our process.
