[Our highlights 💛] Facing the unexpected! 👷♀️👷♂️ Safety is at the heart of our activities and concerns. It is a daily fight. And also an annual event that we’ve been holding for more than 10 years. These kinds of privileged moments of exchange contribute to remind every employee of the importance of being uncompromising in the application of safety rules to achieve our “Zero Accident” objective. And so from June 10 to 14, our 65,000 employees around the world are mobilized and trained in health and safety issues. This year, we chose to raise awareness on the risks associated with last-minute changes, unusual conditions or taking the initiative. Why this theme❓ When we analyze the causes of our serious accidents or accidents that could have been serious - the “HiPo” (high potential for severity), we find that very often they occur after a last-minute change that was not taken into account in the execution of the tasks to be carried out. 🎥 Throughout the week, videos, animations and workshops are organized.
