𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐉𝐨𝐛𝐬: Up to 250 jobs are on the way to downtown Dayton as the City Commission approves an agreement with Dine' Development Corporation. The technology services firm will establish an operations/R&D center at 714 E. Monument Ave. at Dayton's Tech Town campus. About 100 of the jobs will move from another site in the region, with 150 jobs to be added over three years. Dine' will invest approximately $6.4 million in renovations/relocation, with the new center to open by mid-2025. The City of Dayton is supporting the development through a performance-based grant, funds from the Montgomery County ED/GE program, and a TIF (tax increment funding) infrastructure grant. JobsOhio and Dayton Development Coalition are partners in brining Dine' to Dayton. #DowntownDayton #TechHub #TechJobs
