Businesses in the hospitality industry often add mandatory services charges to bills at the end of a service. Starting July 1, businesses in California are prohibited from doing this. Check out the recent blog post I co-authored with my colleague, Tim Johnson.

Most days I walk for some length of distance whether a couple of walks with the dog or more intentional exercise. For me walking represents progression and movement; putting one foot in front of the other no matter the weather, roadblocks or elements encountered along the way. The same can be said about our professional careers. So, just keep putting one foot in front of the other . #dailyreminders #countitalljoy #walkyourwalk
