If you're an attorney thinking of making a change, I would not hesitate to email the Runway Strategies (RWS) crew at [email protected] and [email protected] ASAP!
Why do I say this? Well, on an obvious note, I am doing my job, promoting RWS, and trying to draw in strong candidates. This would be true for any recruiter!
But here are a few reasons you may not have thought of and/or that may be unique to RWS:

2. If a firm has a need, we typically go first to our already-existing pool of candidates to try to make a match.
3. Often, when a candidate comes to us, the conversation itself leads to the perfect job. In addition to (or instead of) looking at official job openings, this also includes listening to what you are interested in and strategically pursuing opportunities that fit your dreams.
4. We provide free career coaching and free resume/cover letter edits in Microsoft Word format to our candidates. And you can use these materials beyond your work with us, too! (For example, if you change your mind during your job search and decide you want to pursue a state attorney position, judicial clerkship, LLM, or any other path that doesn't go through RWS, you are welcome to still use the materials the RWS team worked on. Korey and I care a lot about our legal community and will be happy to have helped!)
