Anyone who has ever eaten BBQ ribs knows that holding the bones in your hands is a huge part of the experience. I mean there’s a reason why they give you a bib and no, it’s not a fashion statement. I think edible ribs also makes the final product more #sustainable as it reduces #foodwaste. And it makes me super curious to try them, so I’m sure that’s a big part of the strategy behind it 🍖 Both ribs and bones were created using mainly #plantprotein and after eating the ribs, the bones can be baked, fried, or air-fried into puffed crispy snacks with the same protein content as beef jerky 📆 There is no official launch date for the Bone-in Ribs, but they will be available for purchase on Juicy Marbles’ webshop in early 2024. The company has been selling limited releases of its products for consumers and food service DTC in Europe and the US - and selling out within hours! Consumers can sign up for the 1st batch of ribs via the “list of pure prestige” on their website. You can also refer friends and share about the ribs on social media to earn points, with the top 100 scores getting a free rack of ribs on launch day.
