“The only way to become excellent is to be endlessly fascinated by doing the same thing over and over. You have to fall in love with boredom” James Clear I couldn’t agree more.

Beyond Emotional Lead Dive into the transformative power of emotional alchemy with a focus on 'Negredo,' the alchemical phase akin to lead, marking the journey's beginning. This isn't about amplifying pain by fixating on past hurts; it's about acknowledging and taking ownership of our shadow responses. Embark on a gentle exploration within, learning to recognise and not fear the moments when we're deeply entangled in our emotional responses. The aim is to masterfully redirect the energy from these responses, similar to a jujitsu master, directing it to craft something positive and meaningful. Discover how facing your emotional Negredo can serve as a potent catalyst for growth and personal evolution. #emotionalalchemy #journeythroughnegredo #personaltransformation #shadowwork #growthandtransformation #emotionalalchemy #journeythroughnigredo #introspectivehealing #owningyourresponse #gentletransformation #alchemyofemotions #redirectingenergy #personaltransformation #consciousgrowth #truenorthaligned

Sunday pondering: "Shit happens." It's not the most eloquent aphorism, but it's got a sticky way of summing up the unpredictability of life. And here's a funny thing – in a world that pushes the mantra "Do Epic Shit", they forget to mention the epic pile-ups that can ensue. It's not just about doing the epic; it's about handling the aftermath with grace... and a good mop. Despite the most meticulous planning and the best of intentions, things can – and often do – veer off course. So, what do you do when the proverbial hits the fan? It's a lesson in humility and a test of resilience. I've encountered my share of these moments, where no amount of foresight could steer me clear of the unforeseen. So what's the game plan when the playbook fails? The answer is simple – you adapt. You take a step back, look at the big picture, and improvise. The beauty of these challenges? They teach you to be agile, to learn on the go, and they often lead to some of the most creative solutions you'll ever come up with and I can tell you, they don't get easier. But your response can get smarter. When things do go sideways, I don't look for a reset button (wish there was one, though!). Instead, I look for the lesson. There's always one hiding in there, trust me. Also, the universe has an odd sense of humour, serving lessons in resilience when we're aiming for triumph. I've learned that sometimes, doing your best just sets the stage for the next unexpected comedy of errors. So, let's keep it real - "Do Epic Shit"? Maybe. But be ready for the "Epic Stuff-ups" that follow. That's where the real story begins. As the sun sets on another week, I muse over the quirky turns of fate. Maybe the secret isn't just to do epic stuff, but to also have an epic tolerance for the curveballs. And who knows, those curveballs just might be leading us to our next big break. C'est la vie #sundayreflections #musings #keepingitreal

"An important place to begin in philosophy is this: a clear perception of one's own ruling principle." -- Epictetus Coming out of 2023 into the new year, for me, has been about spending more present, face to face, time with my friends and family while treating the people I work with, and for, true empathy and active encouragement. These are my "ruling principals" because I don't think people are a luxury, more like a necessity to aspire toward and, above all else, something to never take for granted. #relationshipsmatter #people #rulingprincipal #culturefirst

I once listened to a similar research, where this is called, “the researcher’s mind” - humans are actually proactive in our core since we have been adapting and surviving up until now. There will be no passive moment for our mind, but there are many distractions for it to waste our precious focus and for us to really doing something with better and more impact. Here’s my combined key takeaways: - At least for me, there’s no such thing as multitasking. It’s a one piece of a crap which fed into our restless societies these days. - When you allow yourself to be “human”, you are allowing yourself to be creative and innovative. You let your brain to have more moments of deep thoughts to start with. I heavily recommend Mark Manson’s “The Subtle Art of Not Giving A F*ck”, to continue a more deeper insight of what really is to become your best (or should I say, to become who you exactly are). Oh, and please try the Audible version of it. You’ll keep yourselves entertained with lots of f*cks as you learn deeper!
