It's a good question. I would say. What Blackstone moment are you most proud of? I think I'd have to go with the investment into QTS, the data center platform. It's been a really, really cool journey to be a part of. We ended up taking the company private for $10 billion. We've grown the company dramatically since. What advice would you give to the version of yourself that's starting new in your career? I actually started my career here at Blackstone. I was part of our first intern class here on the real estate team. I guess the biggest lesson I've really come to appreciate, Steve has said this many times, is to focus on big things that can move the needle. It's often just as hard to do something really big as it is to do something smaller. What is your coffee order? Good question. It's not coffee. Iced almond matcha latte. All right.
