Adopting a targeted, value-driven approach: Starting with a specific business constraint or "North Star" and then building a data program tailored to address that constraint. 3. Integrating data across the organization: Breaking down data silos and enabling cross-pollination of data from different systems and departments. 4. As I explore more about data and see the trend how data is utilised in various business, sharing observations on how various businesses could be categorised. 1. Data As enabler - Setting up the infrastructure and tools to ensure that data is easily accessible for analysis and decision-making ( great resource - Joe Reis 🤓 podcasts) 2. Data Driven - Using data to guide decisions and actions, relying on evidence rather than guesses. 3. Data Centric - Making data the focal point of everything, organizing processes and strategies around leveraging and maximizing the value of data. It would be really helpful to know how your business are using data to understand the impact of it by the above categorisation. There is yet lot to explore endless possibilities fueled by data leading to boundless opportunities. These are truly thrilling times!
