As we reflect on LGBT History Month, it's important to commit to the continuation of inclusivity policies year round.
LGBT History Month is a great opportunity for reflection and shared learning and understanding. But truly inclusive workplaces require more than symbolic gestures. Going forward, organisations should be focusing on developing and enforcing policies that ensure zero tolerance for discrimination. 🚫
How are you continuing your support into March and beyond?

When I ask the question, "what do you know about thinking", most people look back at me with confusion. It is not within the general realm of expertise and that is the reason that some problems persist.
We have the gift of human experience and that allows us to see in modes,
Real, Imagined, Past, Present,Future. Amongst other things this allows us to live our ideas and bring them to fruition.
Some ideas, however much we crave them, are inconsistent with reality. That does not mean we always realise that is the case, which is where the education on thinking is key.
You can identify with any idea. You just have to remember there can be a difference between "your reality", and "the reality".
Set your intention and, if it is pure, watch the world part ways for it

In the past two decades, Asian Americans have become one of the fastest growing racial or ethnic groups in the United States.
The 2020 presidential election saw historic voter turnout by the AAPI electorate. AAPI voters had the highest growth of any racial group in 2020, with a 47% increase.
The Pew Research Center affirms that Asian Americans have been the fastest-growing group of eligible voters in the United States over roughly the past two decades and since 2020. Their number has grown by 15%, or about 2 million eligible voters, in the past four years. That’s faster than the 3% growth rate for all eligible voters during that span.
The data is clear, and it confirms what we’ve known. AAPI - or more inclusively, Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander voters are critical in the outcome of elections. Let’s engage this growing block and make the case for Equality!
