The summer heat was no match for the volunteers from our Eau Claire, WI, office who rallied together last Wednesday to clean up a segment of USH 12 in Altoona that our company has proudly “adopted.” #CommitmentToCommunity #AyresCares

Our Green Bay, WI, staff had a rocking time at the Green Bay Rockers baseball game against the Madison Mallards on Thursday. Staff and their families enjoyed good food, fun, and camaraderie, although the game was ultimately postponed at the top of the fifth inning by storms rolling through the area.

Ayres’ Burbank, CA, office staff gathered for their monthly social get-together at their favorite local restaurant, Finney’s Crafthouse & Kitchen. The conversation was as good at the food!

United by nature, committed to restoration! This dedicated team stands together to promote the power of collaboration in promoting low tech process based restoration. The group, comprised of representatives from Ayres, the Coalition for the Poudre River Watershed, and Colorado State University, posed for a pic after a recent stakeholder meeting.

School spirit, pride, and friendly rivalries were in full force today as we held an informal “alma mater day” across our various offices. With today being #NationalInternDay, we thought wearing apparel representing our alma mater, favorite school, team, or hometown might foster connections among the 25 interns on board with us this summer. Our Eau Claire, WI, office went as far to even hold a tailgate bash over the lunch hour.

Ayres celebrates the service of Brett Karns, PLS, and all of our team’s veterans on National Hire a Veteran Day. Brett – a professional land surveyor in our Madison, WI, office – retired from the U.S. Army Reserves in 2023 after 26 years of service as an engineer officer. He served two tours in Afghanistan and one tour in Kuwait, including time as director of public works for an 8,000-person base camp.
